小喵今天要跟大家介紹一家位於橙市 Downtown Santa Ana 的

美式早午餐咖啡館 " Crave Restaurant & Cafe " ，

這家美式餐館提供健康、好吃、且平價的餐點，

除了咖啡、茶以外還有現榨果汁＆ Smoothies！

菜單很豐富，有現烤貝果 Bagels、義大利蛋餅、水果盤、優格、Omelette、Egg Scrambles、冷熱三明治等，還有提供多種素食餐點

v = vegetarian (vegan possible can be made from all veggie options by leaving the cheese or aioli out and substituting avocado or other roasted veggies instead)

餐館介紹自己的特色

It’s all about the food…

• We use healthy fats like extra virgin olive oil, pressed canola, grape seed and vegetable oils.
• We use seasonal locally grown, organic produce as often as possible.

• All of our salad dressings are house made and gluten free.

 沒想到週間的中午人超多～ 竟然排隊排到門口囉！

 中午時間很多附近的上班族都約來這吃午餐～

 裡面有酒吧、電視～

店裡也有賣一些烘培食品，糕點，馬芬蛋糕、小蛋糕、鬆餅、巧克力等

哇！有自由女神耶～ 小喵看到就忍不住像觀光客一樣的跑去跟她合照 哈哈哈～ 

 牆上有很多現代藝術的畫

 還掛著幾句值得深思的句子，

讀一讀，覺得還滿有道理的喔～

 裡面的佈置帶著一種特別的藝術風格～

雖然生意很忙，但是他們上菜的速度還滿快的～

這是我朋友點的一半三明治配一小碗湯，
也可以選擇配上沙拉

每天推出不同的湯，當天有花椰菜奶油湯跟玉米餅雞肉湯

我點了小杯的果汁冰沙，是用新鮮水果打成，可以自己選幾種喜歡的水果喔～水果冰沙很新鮮、清涼可口！
這小杯已經算是滿大杯了耶～

Grilled Tri-Tip Dip 烤熱三明治用酵酸麵包夾多層的三角牛肉片、義大利起司、焦糖洋蔥，沾上特製的醬汁一起吃，汁香味美！鹹中帶甜～吃了不會覺得油膩！還配上新鮮水果～ 

GRILLED / HOT SANDWICHES

Whole sandwiches served on house baked bread, choice of kettle chips (bbq, sea salt, cracked pepper), fresh fruit or veggie pasta salad

Grilled Tri-Tip Dip, provolone, caramelized onions, beef au jus, on grilled sourdough…$9.99

The Works 我選了用貝果 bagel 夾雞蛋、熏火腿、烤火雞、培根、起司、波菜、蘑菇、洋蔥、青椒、番茄，旁邊附上烤馬鈴薯切丁，貝果可以有很多種選擇，我選了 everything bagel，剛烤出來，熱騰騰，好香喔～ 一咬，外酥內軟的貝果配上豐富的食材，超有咬勁的美味！

接著玉米餅雞肉湯也是當天新鮮的食材，味道不錯但重了一點，偏鹹所以配上兩塊麵包，可以粘著麵包喝～ 湯要趁熱喝才好喝喔！

At Crave we offer a variety of hot soups made from scratch every day.Our soups are hearty with bold flavors and are packed full of vegetables and fresh herbs.

每個餐點的份量都很足夠～ 大家都覺得好吃！ 
朋友說咖啡也好喝～ 但是湯口味偏鹹一點，
這地方也很適合下午跟朋友喝茶聊天、喝咖啡喔～
下次有機會我還會再去！
